CryptoNext Security is a post-quantum cryptography company focused on helping organizations respond to the security risks posed by quantum computing. Its website says the company was founded in 2019 after more than 25 years of academic research, and describes it as a spin-off from INRIA and Sorbonne University. The company positions its offering around both PQC deployment and crypto-agility.

Its product suite covers evaluation, discovery, remediation, and cryptographic policy management. Named offerings on the site include CryptoNext Toolbox for PQC evaluation, CryptoNext Compass for cryptographic discovery, CryptoNext Remediation as a post-quantum remediation SDK, and CryptoNext Captain for crypto-agility management. According to its milestones page, CryptoNext Security raised an initial round with Quantonation Venture in 2020 and a €13 million round in 2023 involving Quantonation, Axa Venture Partners, Auriga Cyber Ventures, and Kensho. The same page states that in 2025 it received NIST CAVP certification for all three standardized algorithms and launched COMPASS Discovery.
