QPerfect

QPerfect develops software intended to make quantum computers usable in practice. Its main product, MIMIQ, is a cloud-ready quantum circuit emulator that offers statevector and matrix product state engines, dynamic circuits and OpenQASM 2 and 3 compatibility, with Python and Julia libraries. The company's second product line, the Quantum Logic Unit (QLU), is described as a compilation and error-correction layer that maps high-level algorithms onto neutral-atom quantum processors with application-specific error correction.

According to its website, QPerfect was founded in April 2023 as a spin-out of the European Center for Quantum Sciences (CESQ) at the University of Strasbourg, in collaboration with CNRS, and is hosted at CESQ. It works closely with the aQCess project, which is building a publicly accessible neutral-atom quantum computing platform at the University of Strasbourg.

The company describes itself as a subsidiary of BTQ Technologies Corp. (Nasdaq: BTQ). Its team page lists Philippe Blot as CEO and co-founder and Guido Masella as CTO, general manager and co-founder.

In October 2026 QPerfect and qBraid made MIMIQ available through qBraid's managed API, offering an exact state-vector emulator of up to 32 qubits and a matrix product state emulator for larger circuits.
