SpecterAI Quantum Security

SpecterAI Quantum Security describes itself as a pioneer in post-quantum cryptography (PQC) auditing and compliance assessment in Vietnam, aimed at government bodies, organizations and critical information infrastructure, especially in finance, banking, telecoms and energy. Founded in Ho Chi Minh City, it has developed SPECTER, a proprietary PQC auditing platform with five patents pending, which scans systems, assesses cryptographic components, produces a Cryptographic Bill of Materials (CBOM) and maps a remediation path toward NIST FIPS 203, 204 and 205. Its website says compliance results are attested by partner lab CCLab.

The company also runs quantum-security training, including a Quantum-Safe Security Foundations course and a curriculum of 55 AI-proctored hands-on labs. In October 2026 it signed the detailed action roadmap of a strategic partnership with HPT Vietnam Corporation covering training, a five-phase PQC migration service in which SpecterAI performs independent validation, and compliance assessments.
